Kim Baker has been the Public Art Manager for the City of Pittsburgh since August 2007. As the Public Art Manager, Ms. Baker manages and administers the City’s collection of public art, facilitates the creation of public art in public and private development and staff’s the City’s Art Commission.

Prior to coming to the City of Pittsburgh, Ms. Baker was a project manager for the Office of Arts & Cultural Affairs in Seattle, WA.
