Performance Groups and Solo Acts
Be a part of our ongoing Trespass performance residency series, and perform in our space for free - plus take home 50% of the box office! We provide the space, the marketing, the front-of-house staff, and the tech. You just do your thang, be it theater, comedy, dance, juggling -- you name it. This year we're offering three Trespass residencies in March and three more during the summer of 2010.
Application period for summer 2010 is over. Consider applying for Spring of 2011!

DJs and Bands
We're always on the lookout for great local djs and house bands for our monthly anything-goes open mic night, Vacant Lot. If you're interested, send an email with links to your website or any sound files you have to info@futuretenant.org with the subject line Vacant Lot DJ or Vacant Lot House Band, accordingly. The best way to get your foot in the door is to attend a Vacant Lot, show us your stuff, and chat with our friendly staff. Its always much nicer when we can meet you face-to-face!
Playwrights
It's time once again to submit your ten-minute plays for our seventh installment of Future Ten, our annual ten-minute play festival. To have your play considered for production, please follow the guidelines here.

Window Installation Artists
Perhaps you've walked by FT recently and seen some of our amazing window installations as part of our Window Installation Series. Being right smack in the middle of the Downtown Cultural District means we get a ton of foot traffic, and people love to stop and stare at these wonderful 3-D displays. Guest Curators
Due to the nature of our packed calendar, we plan visual art exhibitions far in advance. We're booked through spring 2011, but will be looking for guest curators for fall 2011 and beyond very soon. Guest curators propose their own group shows, select their artists, and have a full exhibition time, including an opening bash and a Gallery Crawl. Plus, your artists can sell their work directly -- we don't even take a cut! Interested?

Bathroom Installation Artists
Future Tenant is seeking proposals for bathroom installations. All artists are encouraged to apply – the possibilities are endless, as long as there is still room for visitors to use the facilities. Please send a description of proposed install and 2 work samples to info@futuretenant.org.
